Delivery of Goods

Delivery outside of mainland UK by arrangement only - Please email for details (delivery charges may be made).

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or Standard Parcels depending on the weight of your items.

Delivery will normally be made within 5 working days of the order being placed. Should there be a delay in the dispatch of the order the customer will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours.

Any special delivery instructions in the event of no one being present to receive the parcel should be advised at the time of order.

Returns Policy
Unless indicated, any goods may be returned to Booptique within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense, provided that they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resale-able condition.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item.

In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from date of order before contacting us either in writing or by e-mail.

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer should retain the product and contact us by e-mail or in writing within 10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement or refund will be arranged.
