Returns Policy
Unless indicated, any goods may be returned to Booptique within 10 days of receipt at the customer's expense,
provided that they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resale-able condition.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will be credited with the purchase price of the item.

In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from date of order before contacting us either in writing or by e-mail.

In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer should retain the product and contact us by e-mail or in writing within 10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement or refund will be arranged.
